Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–4 business days.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day during weekdays.
Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

After processing, your package will be shipped and typically arrives within 7–12 business days.
We aim to make the ordering and delivery process as smooth as possible.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our customer service.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and find a suitable solution.

Missed Delivery

If you're not home during delivery, the courier may leave your package at a nearby pickup point.
You’ll receive further instructions from the courier if this happens.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused upon delivery, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
